1.  More durable weathering

Jianyuan ASA co-extruded WPC fundamentally solves the technical difficulties and short-board pain points of a generation of wood-plastic, anti-corrosion wood and other composite materials: 1) low weather resistance; 2) poor anti-aging performance; 3) poor thermal stability; ) Waterproof, poor corrosion resistance; 5) Flame retardant and other issues. Compared with the second generation of PVC coextrusion, PE coextrusion and other composite materials are more durable and weather resistant.

2.  No cracking, no fading. Realistic high-end log texture

Jianyuan ASA co-extruded WPC and plastic core material selected high-quality PVC raw materials, WPC powder and German imported additives. The surface co-extruded layer material is imported from Germany ASA raw material, ASA does not contain double bonds, has superior UV resistance, stable color and excellent weather resistance. The surface of the ASA co-extruded layer reproduces realistic log textures through high-tech processes, and is rich in color and can be perfectly combined with the environment.

3.  Long service life

The service life is up to 50 years and does not fade for 20 years. It is 5 to 10 times of composite materials such as PVC coextrusion and PE coextrusion.

4.  Better bending strength and performance

The bending strength and performance index of Jianyuan ASA co-extruded WPC and plastic are better than composite materials such as PVC coextrusion and PE coextrusion. The thermal cycle is 80 degrees to minus 40 degrees and is not affected by the environment (stretching, deformation, bending).

6.  Technology meets or exceeds industry standards

The main performance indicators of the product: bending failure load / water absorption rate / normal temperature falling ball impact / formaldehyde emission / light fastness / other technologies have reached or exceeded industry standards.

5.  Non-slip and wear resistant

Jianyuan ASA co-extruded WPC co-extruded polymer material contains acrylate rubber material, so it is wear-resistant, strong and non-slip, even if the surface is not embossed, it can also be non-slip. This is a characteristic that other outdoor flooring composites do not have.
